Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Academic Hepatologist with expertise in General Hepatology and MASLD to join our esteemed team. Your Role:
- Join our clinical team to provide holistic, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
- Participate in pioneering clinical research, enhancing patient outcomes in liver health.
- Engage in collaborative efforts to offer personalized care plans, addressing each patient’s unique needs.
- Provide additional expertise beyond the MASLD program. Areas of need include Alcohol Associated Liver Disease (ALD) and Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) with opportunities to develop and lead additional highly specialized clinics and programs.
- Perform endoscopy procedures in both our hospital and ambulatory surgical center (ASC); after one year, you are eligible to become a partner of ASC.
Requirements:
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
- BC/BE in Gastroenterology or Internal Medicine with a Hepatology 1-year fellowship
- Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
