Prepare today for a future in nursing
If you're a high school student serious about becoming a nurse, you can take these steps now to prepare for success.
Take these high school courses:

Registered nurse (RN) | Licensed practical nurse (LPN) |
As an RN, you’ll play a key role in patient care, working together with doctors and other health care professionals to develop treatment plans, give medications and advocate for patients. | LPNs provide essential care under the guidance of RNs and physicians. They assist with patient monitoring, giving medication and ensuring the patient’s comfort. |
