The Northern Michigan University graduate says her must-haves for each busy shift are a diet Mountain Dew and many pens or pencils because “I’m always losing them!” Jen brings the same enthusiasm she has for her job to day-off activities, which include a new love of football and spending a lot of time working with her St. Bernard, Ziva, to become less naughty and more of the search dog the breed is known to be. Call it her way of encouraging Ziva’s personal growth!
