About Me
Dr. Soni has been practicing pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus (in adults and children) since 2009. He has been a proud member of the Penn State Health Eye Center since 2012. His practice focuses on the medical and surgical management of pediatric eye conditions including strabismus (eye misalignment), amblyopia, retinopathy of prematurity, tear duct obstruction. Dr. Soni also does evaluations of children with genetic conditions, syndromes, and developmental disabilities (including autism) to ensure normal visual development. As part of his practice, Dr. Soni also evaluates adult patients with strabismus or double vision as a result of stroke, injury, or complications from prior surgery.
Dr. Soni is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO) and is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
