About Me
Dr. Douglas C. Leder, a board-certified family physician, provides primary care and sports medicine care for patients of all ages at Penn State Health Medical Group – Downtown Family Practice and sports medicine care for patients of all ages at Penn State Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He is fellowship-trained in sports medicine and provides diagnosis and care for sports-related injuries, including sprains, fractures and tendon injuries, concussions and sports-related illness. A graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Mo., Dr. Leder completed a family medicine residency program at Hofstra/Northwell Health Plainview Hospital in Plainview, N.Y., and a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Northside Hospital Gwinnett in Lawrenceville, Ga.
