About Me
I am a fellowship-trained, board-certified minimally invasive surgeon specializing in hernia repair. I’ve completed specialized training in abdominal wall reconstruction, an advanced surgical procedure to restore the damaged abdominal wall in patients with complex, large or recurring hernias. I also perform advanced laparoscopic surgery, surgical endoscopy and endoscopic feeding access procedures.
Before joining Penn State Health, I served in the U.S. Air Force Medical Service Corps and practiced surgery at Mike O'Callaghan Military Medical Center while stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. With all my patients, my goal is to resolve underlying illness through surgery to improve their quality of life. When I’m not in the operating room, I enjoy baking and hiking.
