About Me
I am a registered nurse and nurse-midwife with more than 10 years of experience in maternal and child health. I chose midwifery because I’ve always been fascinated with the physiologic process of birth, and I wanted to provide families with judgment-free experiences that make them feel heard and understood.
Before joining Penn State Health, I worked as a labor and delivery nurse at Lehigh Valley Health Network.
The most rewarding part of my work is having the opportunity to empower my patients to take an active role in their health care and to be able to work with them to provide individualized, evidence-based care that everyone understands and feels good about.
