About Me
John P. Gniady, MD, FACS, is a laryngeal surgeon. Educated at Louisiana State University School of Medicine, he completed a residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at Temple University Hospital and a fellowship in laryngeal surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Currently, he is chief of the Division of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, practice site medical director and assistant professor of otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at Penn State College of Medicine.
Dr. Gniady’s specialties and areas of interest include voice, airway and swallowing disorders, phonomicrosurgery and office-based laryngeal surgery.
