About Me
Dr. Randy Haluck is chief of the Division of Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery and the vice chair for Technology and Innovation, Department of Surgery. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the Penn State College of Medicine in 1991, completed his residency in general surgery at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and his fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in 1998.
