About Me
Dr. Mandel is Board Certified in Family Medicine, and is a graduate of Penn State Health St. Joseph’s Family Medicine Residency program where he served as Chief Resident. He is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and earned his bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.
