About Me
Roxana Van Ostran, a certified registered nurse practitioner, sees patients at Penn State Health Neurology in Reading, Pa. Roxana joined Penn State Health from Tower Health, West Reading, Pa., where she spent eight years as a neurology and sleep medicine nurse practitioner and eight years as a registered nurse in the surgical intensive care unit, Emergency Department, urgent care and outpatient family practice.
Roxana is pursuing a doctorate in nursing practice from Drexel University, where she also completed a master’s degree in nursing, a family nurse practitioner degree and the accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. In addition, she completed a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology, with a minor in geriatrics, at Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pa. Roxana is a graduate of Roxborough Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Philadelphia.
