About Me
Sarah Nickolich, MD, graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Nickolich completed her Family Medicine residency and chief resident fellowship at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Dr. Nickolich then joined the University of North Carolina Department of Family Medicine and practiced full-scope family medicine as a hospitalist at a tertiary care hospital, hospitalist at a rural critical-access hospital, outpatient clinician, and medical student and resident educator.
At Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Dr. Nickolich continues to practice full-scope family medicine as a hospitalist on a teaching team, outpatient clinician, and educator. She also serves as co-course director, Foundations of patient-centered care, Penn State College of Medicine. Dr. Nickolich has special interests in women's health, breastfeeding medicine, pediatrics, cancer survivorship, hospital medicine, and medical student and resident education.
