Specimen Preparation In House

Spin at 2500 g for 20 minutes. Remove plasma and split into two aliquots. If not performed immediately, dip in methanol located in freezer and freeze at - 70^o C. until analysis

No heparin for 48 hours or coumadin for 2 weeks prior to testing.
