Celiac Disease Panel (antibody test) is more useful for diagnosis of Celiac disease. HLA test may be useful if antibody is negative, and still clinically suspicious, but if both DQ2.5 and DQ8 are absent , Celiac Disease is not likely and clinician should look for an another cause.
