Understanding the Cost of your Care
Penn State Health is committed to helping you make informed health care choices.
Patients seeking a more accurate view of the potential costs of their care can use a secure, online pricing tool. Search from a collection of the most common health procedures. New procedures are regularly being added to the list.
This tool requires the patient to enter personal information, select a medical procedure from the list and enter specifics about their insurance. The online tool calculates a price. However, the calculation might still vary from the final cost a patient sees on a bill.
Please note that what is charged for a service usually does not reflect your out-of-pocket responsibility as many other factors typically affect your bill.
