Cardiac rehab services improve patients’ quality of life
Our outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program is designed for patients recovering from a recent myocardial infarction (heart attack) or other cardiac event. Focused on strengthening the heart, improving quality of life and reducing the risk of future heart problems, the program is supervised by cardiac nurses and an exercise physiologist. It includes nutritional counseling as well as referrals to behavioral health counseling and diabetes education. You’ll need a physician referral to join the program.
