Penn State College of Medicine and Penn State Health Children's Hospital are committed to establishing and maintaining high-quality graduate medical education training programs. We offer unique advanced training opportunities to physicians passionate about pediatric medicine.
Our institution provides the diverse patient population, dedicated faculty, excellent clinical and basic science departments, and nationally recognized research programs required to create an environment optimal for learning and for the development of future leaders in the art and science of medicine.
Residency Programs
Our Pediatric Residency Program offers a balance of outpatient and inpatient experiences with the opportunity for an extensive individualized curriculum that goes far beyond the requirements of the ACGME.
Residents in the Combined Internal Medicine - Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Residency Program are trained to the highest standards in pediatrics and internal medicine, so that they will be comfortable in both office and the hospital settings.
