Kyle C. Snyder, MHA
President, Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center and Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical CenterKyle Snyder is the president of Hampden and Holy Spirit medical centers.
He joined Penn State Health in 2020 as chief operating officer of Holy Spirit Medical Center, then was appointed senior vice president and regional chief operating officer for Penn State Health Hampden and Holy Spirit medical centers in June 2022.
Previously, Snyder had served as the chief administrative officer for Geisinger Holy Spirit, where he oversaw the operations of Holy Spirit Hospital, Holy Spirit Medical Group and Holy Spirit Emergency Medical Services. Snyder established the direction for clinical program growth at Geisinger Holy Spirit and guided its investment of capital, recruitment of physicians and staff, and transition from a community hospital to a regional referral center for south central Pennsylvania.
During his tenure at Geisinger Holy Spirit, Snyder and his leadership team facilitated multiple physician practice acquisitions and developed and executed numerous business plans for expansion of services, including its Advanced Endoscopic Ultrasound, Level II Trauma Center, pediatric inpatient unit and Gamma Knife Radiosurgery Center.
Snyder’s prior positions include serving as the associate vice president for surgery and anesthesia at Geisinger Health System, Danville, Pa., administrative director of emergency medicine at WellSpan Health, York, Pa., and administrator of the division of nursing at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland.
Snyder earned a bachelor’s degree in health policy and management from Providence College, Providence, R.I., and a master’s degree in health administration from Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y. He also completed an administrative fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Leslyn Williamson, DNP, MPH, NEA-BC, FACHE
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer, Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center and Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical CenterAs chief operating officer and chief nursing officer for Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center and Holy Spirit Medical Center, Leslyn Williamson has oversight of Imaging, Lab, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, Patient Experience, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy and Respiratory Therapy at both hospitals. She is also responsible for managing key shared service relationships with Facilities, Information Services and Security and overseeing the medical centers’ relationship with Sodexo for Food, Environmental and Valet services.
Prior to joining the health system, Williamson was the chief operating officer and chief nursing officer for Ellis Hospital, a 438-bed complex specialized community hospital in Schenectady, New York, that is part of Ellis Medicine System. She provided strategic and operational leadership for clinical and nonclinical departments, physician relations and support services, with a focus on process improvement and patient satisfaction. She also oversaw the skilled nursing facility and its home care division.
Additionally, Williamson served as vice president of Patient Care Services at New York City-based Mount Sinai Health System and Montefiore Health System.
A board-certified, advanced nurse executive, Williamson is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She has completed The Academy for Healthcare Leadership Advancement, a Cornell University certificate program, and the Wharton Nursing Leadership Education Program.
In addition to earning a doctorate in nursing practice at Rutgers University, Rutgers, New Jersey. Williamson has completed a master’s degree in nursing administration at Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, New York, and a master’s degree in public health, health policy and management, at New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing at State University of New York at New Paltz.

Sister Mary Joseph Albright, SCC
Vice President, Mission Integration, Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical CenterSister Mary Joseph Albright, a Sister of Christian Charity, is the vice president, Mission Integration, for Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center.
In her role, Albright collaborates with the Sisters of Christian Charity and the Diocese of Harrisburg to maintain and strengthen the medical center’s Catholic mission and culture. As a member of the Ethics Committee, she offers advice on matters related to the adherence of the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Healthcare Services in medical decisions and practices. She provides educational programs for all levels of leadership, physicians, practitioners and employees.
Previously, Albright served in the same role at Geisinger Holy Spirit from 2015 until joining Penn State Health.
An educator, certified spiritual director and bereavement facilitator, Albright periodically presents topics to seminarians and offers days of reflection in parishes in multiple dioceses. She also participates in outreach programs in the greater Harrisburg area and south central Pennsylvania.
She has been missioned in various places in the tri-state area, as well as in Quezon City, Philippines, where she cared for and educated disabled and blind girls and women. Albright taught in elementary schools for nearly 30 years and served as the director of hospitality at Quellen Spiritual Center in Mendham, N.J.

Bret DeLone, MD, FACS
Vice President, Medical Affairs, and Surgical Director, Quality and Patient Safety, Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical CenterAs vice president of medical affairs and surgical director, quality and patient safety, for Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center, Dr. Bret DeLone is responsible for data-driven medical quality initiatives, surgical quality and overall appropriateness of care.
Prior to Penn State Health acquiring Geisinger Holy Spirit, Delone served as chief medical officer and interim trauma medical director where he helped establish the hospital as a Level II trauma center.
A board-certified general surgeon, DeLone has expertise in minimally invasive and advanced robotic surgery, with broad experience in abdominal wall hernias, gastrointestinal surgery and trauma care of critically injured patients.
As a board member and the immediate past president of Operation Medical, DeLone has participated in multiple medical mission trips to Asia, Africa and Central America. Delone was the host of “Medical Matters,” a talk radio program on NewsRadio WHP 580. He is a former member of the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine and the Pennsylvania Medical Political Action Committee.
DeLone attended Haverford College, earned his medical degree from Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and completed his residency at Upstate University Hospital, Syracuse, N.Y., before joining Kunkel Surgical Group.

Randy Morris
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Penn State Health Community HospitalsRandy Morris is the vice president and chief financial officer for Penn State Health Hampden, Holy Spirit, Lancaster and St. Joseph medical centers. Previously, he served as vice president and chief financial officer for Penn State Health’s West Shore region, which includes Hampden and Holy Spirit medical centers.
Prior to joining Penn State Health in 2020, Morris served in a similar role for Geisinger Health and was responsible for the finance operations of Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital, Geisinger Holy Spirit Medical Group, Geisinger Lewistown Hospital and Geisinger Achieving Excellence. He served as associate vice president of finance and system reimbursement at Geisinger Medical Center. During his tenure, Morris directed the establishment of the system reimbursement group, implemented a new financial reporting system and assisted in the creation of the productivity reporting system.
Prior to joining Geisinger Health, Morris was chief financial officer for many community hospitals, president of a multispecialty group practice, and chief financial officer for a large home health agency. His experience includes information technology, materials management, revenue management and reimbursement.
Morris earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, in Indiana, Pennsylvania, and is a Healthcare Financial Management Association Fellow. He is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration at the University of Scranton.

Dick Welsh, MBA
Vice President, Human Resources, West Shore Region, Penn State HealthAs vice president of human resources for Penn State Health’s West Shore Region, Dick Welsh is responsible for strategic leadership of human resource operations at Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center, Penn State Health Holy Spirit and Life Lion LLC.
Welsh has served the health system for 17 years, taking on roles of increasing responsibility, including director of talent acquisition and senior director of human resources, talent acquisition and compensation. He played a key role in the organization’s transformation from a single academic medical center into a multi-hospital health system since 2015 by building a high-performing recruitment function and leading the human resource workstream for many acquisitions.
Welsh’s earlier career included serving as a recruiting superintendent for the U.S. Air Force in Bellevue, Neb., and as a recruiter for the former PinnacleHealth System.
An Air Force veteran, Welsh is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and an active member of the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation’s health care task force.
In addition to earning a master’s degree in human resource management at American Century University in Albuquerque, N.M., Welsh holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Bellevue University, Bellevue, Neb., and an associate’s degree in personnel administration from the Community College of the Air Force, Maxwell Air Force Base, Gunter Annex, Montgomery, Ala.
