The LPN Professional Clinical Ladder program strives to acknowledge qualities of excellence in clinical practice. Through self-assessment, licensed practical nurses develop a portfolio that demonstrates their level of practice. There are three categories of criteria: clinical practice, education, and work attributes, that are evaluated by the peer-led committee. Participation is voluntary and is available to full-time and part-time (≥ 0.5 FTE)
